After trying a bunch of ULP providers, I've noticed a lot of people either providing old data and labelling it as fresh or reusing other peoples data which has been floating around on the internet.
I need FRESH work, high hit rate for a targeted site. If you are willing to give me a tester file so I can try your work and verify GOOD hit rate (NOT a list which has been resold to the world) I will be a regular client.
I need constant updates.
